CENTRAL WEST KYOKUSHIN KARATE
Our Dojo is a place where we want all our members to feel safe & secure and supported in their karate journey. Although martial arts is an individual venture, the people we surround ourselves within the Dojo become our support network and integral pillars to our journey; they become our karate family —our tribe.
All Central West Kyokushin Karate classes are conducted in a family -friendly environment by qualified instructors. Chief Instructor Michelle Kable has over 25 years’ experience in teaching Martial Arts and has developed this program to cater to the individual needs of all students who embark on the Kyokushin journey.
Everything that we learn in karate the fitness, the strength (of mind & body), the willingness to work hard, goal setting, perseverance and determination all transcend into every other facet of our life. The journey is not always easy, however the character that we build and the opportunities that we create make it all incredibly worthwhile.
Central West Kyokushin Karate classes run in line with the school term, breaking for school holidays with no training conducted on public holidays.
